Nicola has been informed today that she goes in for her operation on Monday 2nd September. We do not know how long she will be laid up, but it is quite serious. We'll just have to wait and see.

Orders

Can you please note that if you wish to place an order for a new boat there will be a waiting list. Currently I am by myself in the workshop due to the fact that my wife has broken her pelvis, meaning that I have to look after her. Also, Nicola, who does the electronics in the boats, is waiting to go into hospital ant time now for an operation. That will mean I will have two of them to look after!! You can still place an order if you do not want your boat immediately. I am doing my best to keep everyone happy so please have a bit of patience with me!!

Phone calls

Apologies to all of our customers who have been unable to reach us by phone. Currently our family is suffering from a few medical problems [wife has a broken hip, daughter is waiting for an operation] and as a result I am not always able to answer the phone. Please note that I will do everything I can to answer all of your calls in time. Mike

The camera boat is now in operation!! We have had excellent results in tests and reports from customers. This is one of the most exciting developments for Deliverance for many years. The team at Deliverance would like to thank all past, present and future customers that we met at the Big One Carp Show at Farnborough. This event presented us with the opportunity to interact with our customer base and to gain new insights into what our customers want. We had a fantastic response to the boats and in particular the camera boat. We can't wait to see you all there again next year!
In support of the charity 'Help 4 Heroes' we will be donating a boat to the charity raffle to be held at Great Linford Lakes on May 17th. In addition, team Deliverance will also be competing in the fishing competition. Come and show your support to us and the charity.

Handsets

It has come to our attention that some customers are having 'problems' with their boats and handsets due to loss of range. After investigating, we have found that the 2.4G handsets have become wet and this will effect their performance. Just like a mobile phone do not use the handsets in the rain. If you have to, a simple solution is to use a carrier bag over the top of the handset or one of our waterproof handset covers. Handsets which are damaged by rain, which can be easily detected, are not covered by your guarantee.

Boat servicing

When you send your boats back for servicing or repair can you please make sure they are clean. Boats which are in a dirty and unhygienic condition will not be seen to for health reasons. Thanks for your cooperation.
