Policy change

It has always been the Deliverance policy to send out boats/components and repairs before payment is received. Unfortunately, due to a serious increase in customers avoiding payment we are now changing our policy. No repair will be sent out until payment has been agreed and received. We can only apologise to our loyal customers for any inconvenience this may cause but I am sure you appreciate that in order for us to continue to give our best service in the future we cannot carry on absorbing these costs. Thanks for your continued support and rest assured we will continue to give the best after sales service we can.

ECO boats for sale

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, and to give more people a chance to own a Deliverance boat, we have decided to offer a number of ECO boats. These boats are on 2.4G and are of the 'door' variety. The boats come complete with luggage, batteries and chargers - ready to go. For a one off payment of £500 one of these boats can be yours. They will be on a first come, first served basis. Once payment is received your order has been placed. So don't miss out on these boats!!

Help 4 Heroes

We will be at the Help 4 Heroes event at Great Linford Lakes this weekend. Mike will be there from Friday where we will be raffling a deliverance boat with fishfinder. See you all there - a great weekend and a good way to donate!

Thanks to everyone who saw us at the show - old and new customers - it was good to see you all! Now the show is finished it is back to work. It is also that time of year when people are starting to use their boats again and are wanting upgrades. Just a point to notice - make sure boats are properly stored - inside with the lids off and not wet!!

Farnborough Show

Price rise

Due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. 15% rise in plastic cost, we have reached the stage were we have no choice but to pass on some of the cost to our customers, especially if we are to continue offering interest free credit. Watch this space.

News Update

Again we wish to apologise if you have had trouble contacting us. There have been lots of hospital appointments for everyone and it is not always possible to have the phone on. Within a week or so things will hopefully start to return to normal. Please be patient!
